14 days return period
If your purchase does not meet your needs, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. The purchase price will be refunded when the goods reach us without traces of use and in the original packaging. This is only valid for orders of a maximum of 2 pieces and does not apply to single-use products, batteries, calibrations, customization, software and cloud licenses. Contact us before returning a shipment with the reason for return. The paid amount of your purchase will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs.
Delivery time
We always stock a number of loggers from the most common data loggers. For the delivery period, we are partly dependent on the stock from our manufacturers and the shipping service.
If in stock
Products that are in stock are sent within 48 hours on working days.
If not in stock
If a certain type is not in stock you have to take into account delivery times of an average of 2 weeks.
Free calibration certificate
Dataloggers of the type Tempmate and Keytag KTU are delivered with a free calibration certificate.
Other dataloggers can be calibrated at an additional cost.

Discounts
For orders of multiple loggers, discounts are given for some types. These are different per product.
The discounts are automatically deducted in your shopping basket.

Warranty
We take over the standard warranty conditions from our manufacturers.
These can be different per product type.
The standard warranty condition is 12 months after delivery. If the warranty deviates from this, this will be stated with the product info.
No warranty is given on batteries, the battery life is always dependent on the application.

Our invoices are sent from Belgium, European companies outside of Belgium pay no VAT when they order with a valid company name and VAT number.
